These terms govern your use of the TranApp public website and its inquiry form. They do not replace any separate written agreement for use of the TranApp transportation platform, integrations, or custom services.

Website purpose

The site describes TranApp's transportation operations tools and allows visitors to contact us. TranApp is offered in Massachusetts. Features, integrations, availability, and commercial terms for a particular customer are subject to confirmation and any applicable customer agreement. References to third-party services and GPS providers describe possible integrations and do not imply endorsement by those organizations.

Submitting an inquiry

Provide accurate contact information and only information you are authorized to share. Do not submit passenger records, medical information, payment card information, credentials, unlawful content, or abusive or automated spam through the form. Sending an inquiry does not create a service agreement or guarantee a response.

Permitted use

You may use the website to learn about TranApp and submit legitimate business inquiries. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Content and third parties

TranApp's name, logo, and site content are provided for informational use and may not be copied or used as branding for another service without permission. Links or references to third-party products are provided for context; their services and terms are controlled by those providers.

Availability and liability

We may change or suspend the website or form. We work to keep the site accurate and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every inquiry notification will reach its destination. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on website descriptions or temporary website interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
